We offer custom hand-painted designs on denim jackets, purses, shoes, hats, and more. We also create laser-cut and engraved wood pieces like magnets, signs, awards, and keepsakes.

Can I send in my own item to be painted?
Yes! You’re welcome to send your own jacket, bag, shoes, or hat. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a discount on your final product.

How does the customization process work?
Once you place an order or contact us, we’ll discuss your vision, colors, theme, or specific design requests. After approval of the design concept, we begin creating your one-of-a-kind piece.

Do you take custom orders for wood designs?
Absolutely! Our laser wood items can be cut or engraved with names, logos, quotes, or custom artwork. They're perfect for gifts, awards, events, fundraising, or personal keepsakes.

How long does it take to receive my item?
Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Generally, custom-painted items take 2–4 weeks, and wood designs take 1–2 weeks. We’ll provide a time estimate when your order is placed.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S..

How should I care for my painted items?
Hand-painted items are sealed for durability; however, we recommend spot cleaning. You can handwash your items in cold water and lay them flat to dry. We do not recommend machine washing to preserve the artwork.

What if I don’t have a design in mind?
No problem! We’re happy to help brainstorm and provide design ideas based on your style, interests, or the occasion. It’s a creative collaboration!

Can I place a bulk or group order?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for events, fundraisers, teams, or businesses. Discounts may apply—reach out to discuss your needs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handcrafted and made-to-order based on your unique design, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care to ensure you're involved in the design process and happy with the concept before creating your final piece.
